Aligned Mother Postpartum Program
Not your average postpartum program. This is aligned, approachable and delivers amazing results.
Term 4: October 12 - December 2
Over 2 classes a week for 8 weeks, this program is carefully curated to deliver long lasting results.
Physiotherapist developed and expertly taught to grow and challenge you no matter your journey.
The Program
Connection: Week 1-2
Its all about breath, centre and control. Here we are re-finding pathways and focussing on powerful, slow, controlled movements to establish the right foundations for movement to flourish.
Continuum: Week 3-4
Once our core has started to come to the party, it’s time to gently drip back in some of the work we were used to prior to pregnancy. Here we slowly introduce prone, planking and more advanced abdominal work to progress you.
Customisation: Week 5-6
Here, you’ll experience more freedom to progress, regress and play as you need within the class programs and start to test your strength and endurance.
Choreography: Week 7-8
It’s your time to shine! Expect some more dynamic patterns and bigger range of motion to put your skills to the test.

From our Aligned Mothers
I am so glad I signed up for the Mum’s and Bubs program at Vicalates, highly recommend for any new mammas! Vic & Court, absolute beautiful souls, have created and run the most amazing classes focusing on rebuilding strength & control postnatally in such a fun, welcoming and encouraging space (hello pink Pilates palace!). The class structure, epic flows and clear progression throughout the program highlights these ladies’ knowledge about postpartum recovery and target exactly what’s needed to help rebuild a strong foundation and regain confidence in our bodies’ abilities.
From nursing crying babies to delivering the perfect cues, these girls made sure you got the most out of each class, something not available anywhere else in the area - trust me, I searched!
An added bonus, an opportunity to meet other, Pilates loving mums and forge some beautiful new friendships

Your Teachers
Courtney is a loving, enthusiastic and nurturing teacher. She began training at Vicalates during her first pregnancy and was in class until 2 days prior to giving birth! She is the absolute embodiment of the Aligned Mother method.
Leaving so inspired by her results and confidence in movement, she began her teaching journey soon after. Becoming both Reformer and Apparatus trained, she is devoted to helping other mums experience the same positivity and confidence in movement she experienced.
She gave birth to her second child, Brooklyn, in late 2025 - so you may see her in class! Also our studio manager, Courtney is skilled and highly experienced in all things perinatal Pilates.
In a previous life (although she is returning!) Courtney was a professional athlete competing in triathlons at an international level.
Victoria is the founder and principal teacher at Vicalates, and also Brooklyn’s godmother (no joke - we are one aligned mother family!)
With nearly a decade of teaching experience, Victoria is an internationally recognised Pilates professional treating perinatal clients globally.
In her many years of practice, she soon realised that perinatal clients were often not receiving the level of care and expertise they deserved for their movement. And thus, the Aligned Mother was born. She also educates on pre and post natal Pilates for other instructors.
Victoria is a energetic, authentic and devoted teacher who is particularly passionate about working alongside your professional health team to deliver you with ground breaking results.
